Easy to use, 2008-05-22
Easy to use. Good price. Easy to keep clean for next use. Did not particularly help with nasal congestion (but that might be due to something else, will see after I go to the doctor who told me to keep using this).

rinse and breathe easier, 2008-04-23
SinuCleanse (amazon purchase) and NeilMed (on amazon, purchased at local retailer) are effective plus easy to use. This is purely anecdotal- I can't vouch for your experience, but I swear it stopped my husband's snoring; coincidental -?- we'll see beyond the two-month period. Suggested use is daily, but I found that to be drying, robbing nasal passages of needed moisture. Three times a week or when you start to feel slight congestion might be better - whatever works. Both receptacles are said to be of food-safe-quality material. The SinuCleanse receptacle is stiffer, more substantial; NeilMed's is thinner, more pliable; both a breeze to use, especially with the packets of solution. I'm writing this review in thanks to all amazon product reviewers whose words of experience have helped me to make good buying choices.

Sinucleanse, 2008-02-29
Very happy with the Sinucleanse. I'm glad that I got the spray bottle rather than the NettiPot because it is so simple and quick to use. So far I use it only once a day, but will probably start using twice to see if I get more relief. I stopped using it for a few days and my sinuses began feeling worse again, so I know it helps.

Awsome nasal wash system, 2008-02-12
I had been told about nasal irrigation and I had always thought it strange. I have had allergies for a long time and I get migraines, so I finally decided to give it a try. After searching online and looking to see what was out there, I finally saw this. This product is really easy to use. I use it in the shower every morning. It seemed so much easier to use a squeeze bottle that it would have been to use the netti pot. They do the same things, it just is a change in the delivery of the saline. I like being able to just squeeze the bottle. I breathe slowly through my mouth and relax. If I tense up I end up getting the saline to go down the back of my throat. I only use one packet of the saline mix. Using two packets just burns my nose, and the one seemes to be just as effictive.
I'm in college and there are lots of girls in my hall and I have gone all semester with out catching their bugs.
I would highly recommend this product for it's connivance, good quality construction, and effectiveness.

This is the best product like this I have ever used., 2008-01-20
I use a CPAP and you can get serious sinus infections if you don't pamper your nasal passageways. I've used Ocean spray and SaltAire, and this squeeze pump is the best gizmo I have EVER used. It is very easy and positively squirts the easily mixed solution up my nose, with much more control and gets it right where it is needed!
The anti-backwash valve keeps contaminated solution from getting back into the applicator. The applicator is designed to be easily maintained and remains very clean for usage. It works so efficiently that I don't waste solution; it is just great. I was having trouble with infections until I switched to this design of nasal washer. The pump is more robust and will last much longer than any competitor I have tried. Partly because it is simple but also because of the slick backflow preventer valve that is built in.
Now I'm not only off the allergy meds but the Sudofed also; nobody likes signing for that stuff! At the risk of sounding like a typical spammer; I just can't say enough about how I love this product. For those of you who are experienced with past troubles in this health area you probably know what I mean. For those of you who are new to this; don't let the icky feeling of water going up your nose scare you.
All you do is stand over the sink - with your head at normal level, quickly and firmly queeze the applicator until you feel the fluid clear the place where the two nasal passages meet; you might have fluid come slightly out the other nasal passage while doing this. Immediately withdraw the pump so the valve can do it's job and repeat for the other nasal passage.
It doesn't hurt at all and won't feel weird after a short time of using it. The tremendously healthy results will greatly encourage you to keep this going, believe me! It is practically a miracle. Piece of cake!
